Citrus is grown on our own farms under an integrated crop management system and packed at the citrus packhouse, which is BRC certified. We buy to a written specification per variety and market: grading is optical for size and hand-checked for colour, blemish and firmness, so a Valencia that clears our line in April clears it again in July. Valencia juice is also available in aseptic and frozen form.
