Herbs were where this company started, and they are still handled apart from everything else. Cutting is done to a confirmed order, never to stock. The cut goes straight into the cold room, is graded and bunched cold, and leaves on an air freight booking made before the knife touches the field. Basil, chives, mint, coriander, celery, parsley, sage, rosemary, chervil, marjoram, thyme, oregano, lemon grass, dill and wild rocket.

The herb season runs from December to May. Outside it, ask us what is still being cut.
